As soon as your order is placed, our team will notify the dry cleaner. If you have arranged for them to collect your order, they will come and pick up your order at the time you have designated. We will send you a notification when your clothes are ready, and the dry cleaner will then drop the clothes back to you if that is the option you have chosen.
If you want to drop your order off and pick it up yourself, the dry cleaner will be ready and waiting for you.
